Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the preparation required for each order, all flower purchases, workshop reservations, and services are non-refundable. Once flowers are harvested and prepared for an order or event, they cannot be returned or reused. All workshop registrations and event bookings must be paid in advance to reserve your spot. Because flowers are cut and prepared specifically based on reservations and orders, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in plans. If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your reservation to another person with advance notice. Thank you for understanding and supporting a small, locally grown flower farm. 🌸
